Preaparing the University of Denver for the next 150 years of growth.
The University of Denver has been an anchor institution in the Rocky Mountain Region for over 150 years. In that time it has grown it's reach to an international scale, and in 2021 chose to unify and strengthen its brand assets in order to support its mission to promote learning by engaging with students in advancing scholarly inquiry, cultivating critical and creative thought, and generating knowledge. While growing active partnerships with local and global communities contribute to a sustainable common good.
The goal of this rebranding effort was clear; unify the academic and athletic sides of the University while maintaining continuity with existing brand equity. The result was a comprehensive refinement of the DU brand, covering identity elements, unit and school branding, art direction and athletic department and team identification.
